Q: How much is the Sealing Machine?

It depends on the model and your production needs.

Q: Is there any special packaging method?
A: We provide packaging methods such as vacuum and M.A.P system, and we also provide packaging materials that can be frozen or microwaved.
If your project requires mass production, we have fully automatic equipment that can automatically drop cups, convey, fill, seal and other customized equipment according to your needs.

Q: Do you provide service in other languages than Chinese?
A: We provide English, Chinese and Spanish service, our language service is the best in the industry in Taiwan.
Q: How do I operate the sealing machine?
A: Our sealing machines are the most user-friendly and intuitive ones on the market.
It comes with an illustrated manual that explains how you operate the machine, install sealing films, adjust the settings, and how you maintain and troubleshoot the machine. We also have videos on our YouTube channel that cover all the information you will need.
Please always feel free to contact your salesperson if you encounter any problems while using the machine, and we will assist you right away.
Q: What is your warranty and aftersales service.?
A: The machines themselves have a simple mechanism. They are easy to operate, maintain and fix if anything happens.
The machines have a panel which displays a number: Error code 🔗 telling you what the problem is.
Once you get this error code or number, we will show you by videos or by calls how to solve it, perhaps it might be something really simple such as cleaning the machine, the films were not properly installed, or the machine might need lubrication, etc.
There is no way the machine will just get broken, we will always be here supporting and guiding you by calls or video calls to find the solution to that possible problem. This is how we handle the repair or maintenance with our overseas clients.
The only part that cannot be fixed is the motherboard, which we provide a 1-year warranty.
Q: How long is the production?
A:
- Table-top Cup Sealers and Dispensers will take around 7-9 working days.
- Table-top Tray Sealers will take around 25 working days.
- Rotary Sealers, Vacuum Sealers, and Conveyor Sealers will take 60 days or more depends on the models and customization.
- Customized Sealing Films will take around 5-7 weeks.
We will provide a more accurate lead time when you place an order.
Q: What certificates do you have for your products?
A: Please tell us what certification you need. We provide CE, UL/CUL, SGS, NSF, EPH and others, some certifications require additional fees.
Our certification allows products to be sold to the US, Canada, EU, Southeast Asia and Australia, etc.
