Settings & Support
How often should the sealing machine be maintained?
We recommend daily cleaning and regular lubrication to keep the machine running well and reduce wear.
※ Always unplug and let it cool before maintenance, Beware of sharp cutters and moving parts.
How to install the sealing films?
We provide the video to guide you installation step by step.
How to set up the machine?
We provide the video to guide you adjust the setting for sealing machine.
- P1: Temperature setting.
- P2: Lock or Open the sealing counter.
- P3: Sealing time setting.
- P4: Input time setting.
- P5: Timer for blank films (usually this setting remains “000” if you run by the sensor).
Sealing film keeps breaking.
Check if the clamps are too tightened, Loosen the clamps, re-install the films, and try it again.
If the situation couldn't resolve, please feel free contact us.
Sealing film rolls incorrectly or sensor doesn't detect the mark.
- Start by checking whether the film is correctly positioned within the film sensor, If the film is not passing through the sensor, adjust it so that it runs properly within the film sensor, then try again.
- If the film is positioned correctly but the issue persists, the sensor may be dirty or obstructed. Use a damp cloth to gently clean off any dust or stains. Reposition the film and try again.
- If the film is correctly placed, the sensor is clean, and the problem continues, please check whether parameter P5 is set to 0000.

Auto-mode not working.
- Adjust sensitivity of sensor which it under the lower mold.
- Use duster to clean the dirt on the surface of sensor.
- Check the black paint inside the lower mold if it was disappeared, it would affect the sensor detection.
