Sachet Packaging Machine
This machine is a fully automatic liquid filling system designed for precise portioning of various sauces and liquid products, including soy sauce, chicken essence, sauces, doubanjiang, wasabi paste, satay sauce, chili sauce, garlic sauce, cold noodle sauce, and chili oil. It can also handle some products with fine particles (subject to testing).
Filling Volume: Minimum 10 c.c., maximum 200 c.c., with high precision within ±1 c.c.
Large Capacity Sauce Tank: Equipped with a 12,000 c.c. sauce tank; optional agitator or pressing plate ensures smooth flow of liquids.
Compatibility: Supports customized packaging films in various materials and sizes.
Additional Features: Can integrate a production date printing system for a fully automated production process.
This machine is ideal for food factories, restaurants, and sauce production facilities, providing efficient, precise, and stable liquid filling solutions.
